Terms of Service
What This Agreement Covers for Pelham Rentals
Dumpster Rental Pros provides residential and commercial roll-off dumpster service, including delivery, container staging, scheduled pickup, container swap-out, and haul-off. A roll-off container is an open-top steel waste box moved by a hook-lift truck.
Services may cover household junk, remodeling debris, roofing materials, yard waste, scrap metal, and approved construction and demolition debris. Container capacity is measured in cubic yards, not tons. Heavy concrete, dirt, and asphalt can reach payload limits before the box looks full.
Customers must keep debris below the container walls and avoid prohibited materials. Hazardous waste follows Resource Conservation and Recovery Act rules. EPA asbestos NESHAP applies to regulated demolition debris, while United States Department of Transportation rules may require transport documents.
A right-of-way permit may be required for street placement by the city or county jurisdiction. The Local Department of Public Works handles placement questions. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.250 governs construction material storage, and the Clean Water Act restricts discharge into storm drains.
Special handling, estate cleanout labor, junk removal, recycling routing, or multiple-site service requires written approval. Call (844) 606-1601 before loading unusual materials.
Booking Changes, Delivery Windows, and Cancellations
A booking becomes active after Dumpster Rental Pros confirms the service details, location, container size, delivery date, and payment terms. Rental periods commonly last seven days, but the confirmed agreement controls.
Customers should provide clear truck access, driveway width, slope, and overhead clearance before delivery. A typical container is about eight feet wide. The customer must remove vehicles and confirm that placement avoids utility lines.
Same-day delivery depends on route availability. Scheduled pickup follows the service window shown in the confirmation. A requested container swap-out, extension, or earlier haul-off needs approval before dispatch.
Cancellation or address changes may affect routing, deadhead time, or a committed truck appointment. Deadhead means travel without a loaded container. Any applicable cancellation charge or credit will follow the written quote or confirmed booking.
A scope change includes adding debris, changing waste type, moving the box, or requesting a different size. Dumpster Rental Pros may revise the quote after reviewing payload, disposal rules, or access conditions. Customers should call (844) 606-1601 before making changes.
Quotes, Disposal Charges, and Customer Approval
A quote reflects the information provided about container size, rental duration, material, location, access, and expected disposal. It is not a final price if the load changes or the disposal facility reports different conditions.
A 10-yard container suits compact cleanouts and heavy materials. A 20-yard container measures about 22 by 8 by 4 feet and often fits renovation debris. Heavy loads may cost more because payload and tip fee controls apply before volume is reached.
Payment timing, accepted methods, taxes, rental extensions, and any deposit appear in the written quote or booking confirmation. Customers authorize approved charges for delivery, haul-off, disposal, overage charge, and extra service.
The transfer station scale house may record tare weight and loaded weight. Tare weight is the empty container weight. The difference helps calculate weight-based disposal charges. A clean load may qualify for different disposal handling than mixed construction debris.
Customers must approve material changes before loading. Dumpster Rental Pros may pause service for prohibited waste, unsafe access, or an overloaded box. Request an itemized quote at (844) 606-1601.
Service Quality, Container Care, and Written Guarantees
Dumpster Rental Pros will perform agreed delivery, placement, pickup, and haul-off work with reasonable care. No separate workmanship warranty period applies unless the written booking or service agreement states one.
Customers should inspect the container area after delivery and report placement concerns promptly. Driveway boards can help protect pavement during residential driveway placement. Customers remain responsible for existing cracks, weak surfaces, hidden drainage issues, and conditions that were not disclosed.
Coverage does not apply to damage caused by overloading, debris above the rim, shifting materials, fire, misuse, unauthorized relocation, or prohibited waste. It also does not cover ordinary wear from a construction-grade steel container.
Placement must follow clear access, utility, sidewalk, and overhead-clearance requirements. ANSI Z245.60 waste containers provide a relevant safety reference. OSHA applies to construction sites, while the Local Department of Public Works may control public-street placement.
If a customer believes Dumpster Rental Pros missed an agreed service detail, the customer should provide the booking number, address, photos, and timing. The company will review the report and identify any available correction under the written agreement.
Responsibility for Property, Access, and Regulated Waste
To the extent permitted by law, Dumpster Rental Pros limits responsibility for a claim to the amount paid for the affected service. This limit does not remove rights that applicable law does not allow a contract to waive.
Dumpster Rental Pros is not responsible for pre-existing pavement cracks, weak driveways, concealed drainage, underground lines, low branches, blocked access, or inaccurate site information. Customers must maintain truck access and disclose known surface or clearance problems.
Customers remain responsible for permits, material descriptions, safe loading, and prohibited waste. A right-of-way permit may come from the city or county jurisdiction. The Clean Water Act controls storm-drain discharge, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act rules cover hazardous waste.
EPA asbestos NESHAP applies to regulated demolition debris. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.250 addresses construction material storage. United States Department of Transportation hazardous-material rules may require transport documentation. These agencies and rules do not transfer customer duties to Dumpster Rental Pros.
The company may refuse unsafe or prohibited loads. Customers should call (844) 606-1601 before placing asbestos, chemicals, fuel, medical waste, or other regulated material inside a container.
Questions About These Dumpster Rental Terms
Questions about a booking, payment, cancellation, placement, or prohibited material should be directed to Dumpster Rental Pros. Call (844) 606-1601 or email contact@swdumpsterrentalsal.com.
Written correspondence may also be sent to 104 Hampton Ln, Pelham, AL 35124. Include the customer name, service address, booking date, and a short description of the issue. Photos can help with driveway access, container staging, or placement concerns.
Customers should ask about a right-of-way permit before placing a container on a public street. The city or county jurisdiction may require approval. Private driveway placement still requires clear truck access, utility-line clearance, and pedestrian access.
Dumpster Rental Pros may update these terms when services, laws, disposal requirements, or business practices change. Updated language will be posted on the website or provided through a written notice connected to a booking. The updated terms apply as stated in that notice and will not change completed services retroactively unless the law requires it.
If a written booking conflicts with general website language, the specific written booking controls for that service.
